From Junction 31 on the M5, take the A30 towards Okehampton, after 1 mile take the first exit off the dual carriageway, which is signposted Alphington Junction, Exeter & Crediton, A377. Under the dual carriageway take the third exit off the roundabout and continue towards the city centre. Continue along Alphington Road, past the swimming pool to Exe Bridges roundabout (over the river Exe). Take the third exit off Exe Bridges onto Bonhay Road, which will be signposted Tiverton and Crediton. Continue along to Exeter St David’s Railway Station, at the double mini roundabout bear left and continue, you will come to a T-junction with Cowley Bridge Road, you have to merge left and continue to a mini roundabout at Cowley Bridge, Here take the second exit (which is straight over) on Stoke Road the A396 towards Tiverton. Drive for 1.5 miles and turn right when you see the signs for Skirmish. Continue up the hill on Pennsylvania Road, we are on the left hand side through the brown gates.
